This year we are proud to host the 2004 IFSA High Jump Contest.
The objective of this event is to jump over a bar as high as possible with the help of a ramp. The initial height of the bar is set at 2.00 m for the boys and 1.60 m for the girls.
It takes place on Saturday from 13hrs until 15hrs. A training area has been reserved from 12hrs until 13hrs for the participants to warm up. Please note that the Training area is a white surface so we highly recommend that you wear sunglasses for training.
To participate in the High Jump Contest we ask all competitors to pay a fee. This allows us to employ a professional jury which guarantees that all performances are fairly rated. The fee is €5. But please note that there is an additional €2 admission fee per day to the Jaap Eden sports complex.
The wearing of helmet as well as knee and wrist protections is mandatory. Competitors not wearing these protections will not be allowed to jump. Participants are running under their whole responsibility and will be asked to sign a discharge form when registering on the day. Competitors under 18 years old must have the signature of a parent or a legal representative on the discharge form.
Check out the programme. If you want to participate please use the application form on the slalom part of this website. Please study the rules for this competition caerfully.
